When Substack.com started out, it was one of the best publishing platforms for promoting democracy on the internet today. While there are many good writers on this site, it is subscription oriented and writers use it to make money, which is understandable, but it is changing to be something generic and crass and less heroic then was the case earlier. I will use content from Substack that makes sense for this site.
